We’ve been teaming up with Thompsons Solicitors Scotland, who were recently awarded Litigation Team of the Year and Lawyer of the Year at the 2022 #ScottishLegalAwards!

Earlier this year we spoke with Patrick McGuire and Catherine McGarrell from Thompsons Solicitors.
Patrick: “We were looking for a hands-off solution that would allow us to onboard clients of Thompsons to our group actions, with little or no manual intervention.”
Enter Claims Gate! Our client onboarding and management platform could provide clients of Thompsons with a fast, and transparent way to register their Diesel Emissions claim online.
Patrick: “Using an automated solution like Claims Gate allows us to scale our campaigns to numbers much higher than we previously would have reached.”
Following our close collaboration with the marketing team at Thompson’s led by Caroline Haney, we were together able to simplify and heavily optimise the onboarding experience.
Caroline: “Our existing process was all manual. A client submits a form and then our contact centre would reach out. We wanted to speed up that onboarding process.
Now, everything is handled by Claims Gate. We are able to deal with high client volumes without tying up the contact centre, and it’s very simple and straightforward for our clients.
The reporting systems on Claims Gate let you drill right down, so we know we’re not throwing away money on campaigns that aren't working.”
