Today, we're thrilled to announce the work we've been doing behind the scenes with Lanier, Longstaff, Hedar & Roberts LLP, in preparation to launch their first Diesel Emissions Claim against Renault.
Lanier, Longstaff, Hedar & Roberts LLP will draw on the experience and success of Mark Lanier – founder of the Texas-based The Lanier Law Firm – to bring group legal actions, including claims arising from pharmaceutical and product liability, as well as competition litigation.
Following meetings with Tom Longstaff, Duncan Hedar and Kevin Roberts, it was clear they had ambitious goals for group actions and recognised the importance of client onboarding technology.
