I provide executive, business and operational support across Claims Gate, working closely with the leadership team to coordinate priorities, move projects forward and bring structure to a wide range of commercial and operational activities. My work spans research, communications, documentation, stakeholder coordination and the practical delivery of business-critical tasks.
