I enjoy bringing people together around a challenge, creating the conditions for good problem-solving and maintaining consistent engineering standards as we design, build and improve our products.
Having lived and worked in several countries, I bring an open and adaptable perspective to leadership and teamwork. I love discovering new cultures and food, and I stay active through kickboxing, golf and mountain biking. The mountains remain a particular passion of mine: I have also worked as a ski instructor for ten years.
